David Wright is the CTO for SPCC SelfCert. He has worked in Information Technology since his days at Wheaton College, where he majored in Ancient Languages. Why Ancient Languages? “I figured I’d start my programming career writing an abacus assembler.” Since then David has worked in C on Unix, C++ on Win32 platforms, C# on .NET, Java, Linux, PHP/MySql, Perl, Ruby, Groovy. “If it’s not COBOL, I probably have worked in it,” says Wright. His only regret? “I’ve never programmed on a Mac–I’m just not hip enough.” David’s next big project is to write an Eiffel compiler in Haskell. “I’m drawn to languages with doubled consonants.”
David lives in Chicago, IL, with his wife Beth, loves to read, frequently talks about going on long bike rides and can quote you the first lines of Dante’s Inferno in Italian, or the beginning of Winnie the Pooh in Latin (Winnie Ille Pu), if you ask nicely, or even if you don’t ask.

Trevor Woodland is Director of Facility Sales. He is currently a student at the University of Illinois and plans to attend law school.
Trevor is on a 16 inch summer softball team in Chicago and enjoys spending time with his friends. He can be reached at twoodland@spccselfcert.com.
